We offer a variety of different styles of cabinets for storage of Wafers, Quartz Tubes, and Metal Parts.  We also offer Pass Through systems for Semiconductor clean rooms.  If you know what you need to store, we can design a cabinet for it.

All of our cabinets can be equipped with N2 purge systems, exhaust, or desiccator systems.

Lab Sinks & Cleaning Stations

If Polyproylene doesn't stand up to your needs, let us cover the workspace in stainless steel.  For heavy use applications, we recommend the entire station be made of stainless steel.

Try our Ergonomic Boat Lifter with Stairs

InVac Systems & G2Automated Technologies offers a new concept in automated stairs.  Our staircase and platform are designed to carry up to eight 200mm or 300mm boats with wafers.  It allows the operator to load at an ergonomic height. 

At the push of a button, the boats can be raised to a proper loading height for loading or unloading.  You no longer have to worry about carrying wafers up and down stairs.  This product is ideal for loading the top tube of a horizontal furnace four stack.

This Lifter is also a tremendous help to Technicians who have to lift parts up and down during maintenance.
